“Fi got a standing ovation and massive round of applause from Neneh Cherry in France,” announces Danny.

This time the room is filled with cheers rather than laughter.

So what is planned for the band for the next six months?

“It’s whatever Craig wants really. It depends how he’s planned it,” states Danny jokingly looking towards Craig.

“I’ve got colour coded charts, diagrams and pie charts,” replies Craig as at the same time using his hands to emphasise his response.

“But you’ve got no quotes,” chirps Fi looking directly at me.

Well there is that little quote about girl action.

“What more do you need?” laughs Nathan.

And as if a switch connected everyone together in the room and someone had just flicked it, we all look at Craig.

“The Whip are going to write some ace songs and release an album,” he replies before pausing to take a sip of beer “and have a little bit more girl action.”
